Homeowners across Excelsior call Big Toms Roofing because we do what we say โ show up on time, explain what we find in plain language, and stand behind every Emergency Roof Repair job with a written warranty.
We built Big Toms Roofing to fix a problem every homeowner in Excelsior has run into: contractors who don't return calls, no-show for appointments, or pad the invoice once the tarp's already on the roof. Our Emergency Roof Repair crews are local, licensed, and accountable โ every estimate is in writing before a single shingle gets pulled.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Excelsior crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail โ licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
When a tree limb punches through decking or shingles peel back in a wind event, water gets in fast. We prioritize emergency calls in Excelsior above scheduled work, get a tarp on within hours, and document everything with photos for your insurance file.
Whether your roof is past its expected lifespan or storm damage made repair impractical, our replacement crews handle permitting, disposal, and installation start to finish, with a written timeline you can plan around.
We work directly with property management companies and HOAs across Excelsior to keep flat and low-slope roofs maintained on a predictable schedule, instead of waiting for emergency calls that disrupt business.
Buying or selling a home in Excelsior? A pre-purchase roof inspection gives you real leverage in negotiations and peace of mind about what you're actually buying โ no guessing about remaining roof life.
Ice damming is a real problem in Excelsior, MN winters when it happens. We install proper ice-and-water shield and improve attic insulation and ventilation to stop the freeze-thaw cycle that damages eaves.
Every one of these commitments exists because a Excelsior homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof โ no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Our installers hold current manufacturer certifications, which means your warranty stays intact and the work meets code.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
We document damage the way adjusters expect to see it, which shortens the back-and-forth on storm claims.
Magnetic nail sweeps and tarp-protected landscaping are standard on every job, not an upsell.
